About Our Team
Forty one years ago, at the beginning of my medical diagnostic journey, I did not imagine it would become a lifelong passion and career. Following a difficult course in nuclear medical technology where I met and was inspired by a gifted instructor; Ridgely Conant, I was on my way. Ridge inspired me to master this daunting discipline and enjoy every minute in doing so. Before starting my own business I spent four years as a sales engineer and later a regional manager of manufacturers of new medical imaging equipment.
In the 36 years since founding Diagnostix Plus, I have been blessed to visit nearly 50 countries in pursuit of helping clinical and commercial friends achieve their medical diagnostic technology goals. Managing the installation of the first PET and SPECT systems in a number of countries, where new equipment was never an option, is heartwarming. Installing reconditioned systems bring reliable answers to tough questions about cancer and cardiovascular disease. The patient need not travel alone to a North American city for an expensive study. Instead he, or she remains in their home town with their loved ones by their side. It is a wonderful gift to be a part of bringing SPECT and PET to a city and country for the very first time.
Now, we begin a new era. Working with our partner Becquerel and Sievert, we introduced Unleaded Radiation Shielding at the 2018 R S N A. Radiation protection without lead toxicity is an exciting prospect.
My satisfaction of being the Administrator & Trade-in Product Coordinator at Diagnostix Plus comes from contributing precise attention to our customers’ needs; allowing them to know they’re buying the right product and they will receive it in good condition in the least amount of time. My attention to detail also pays off with our suppliers. I take pride in making sure that all the logistical elements are in place for a smooth trouble-free de-installation and equipment removal.
Working at Diagnostix Plus for almost 3 years has taught me there is always something new to learn each day. The knowledge and experience I have gained from working here is something I will carry with me throughout my life. Diagnostix Plus is more than just a job to me. We are a family. Which is something that is very important to me as I am also a wife and mom of two little girls. Personally, this year has been very eventful as I got married, bought a house, and had my second child. Diagnostix Plus has remained the constant for me throughout everything! A little interesting fact about me is that I was adopted from India at 11 months old. However, if you get to know me you will see that I am truly 100% a Jersey girl!
Administrative Assistant & Media Manager
At 23 years old, I consider myself to be far from finished in my growth and learning. Looking back at my arrival to Diagnostix Plus, it is clear to me the many ways that I have developed confidence and maturity through working with such an amazing team. Graduating from Administrative Assistant to Media Manager of Diagnostix Plus, my goal is to assist our customers and associates in the best ways I can. Whether in English or in Spanish, all of our customers are given the response, attention, and benefit of our great knowledge of diagnostic imaging. With communications technology advancing, as a millennial, I am the perfect candidate for making sure that Diagnostix Plus remains current in all things media related. I love the fact that through Diagnostix Plus, I am able to be a part of a team that makes diagnostic imaging available to those in need. While also on the journey to completing my undergraduate degree, I enjoy serving my church by directing the young adults group, and volunteering my musical talents and media skills.
Founded in 1983, Diagnostix Plus has filled an important role in the nuclear medicine marketplace. Mr. Bogutski, witnessing the emergence of private practice nuclear cardiology, established one of the first businesses able to provide pre-owned, affordable nuclear medicine systems to the nuclear cardiology practitioner. It became obvious that providing cameras was not the complete solution. The Company broadened its product line to include hot labs, stress test systems and processing work stations. As word spread about this innovative and cost-effective method for acquiring needed nuclear cardiology imaging devices and ancillary equipment, Diagnostix Plus was asked to supply services to general nuclear medicine as well, and they did.
With the expertise developed at Diagnostix Plus, the company soon was selling nuclear cameras and accessories around the world and providing the support required to keep the installed base functioning and meeting a clinical need whether in the U.S., South America, Asia or Europe.
Early on, Diagnostix Plus recognized the environmental benefits when nuclear medicine technology is reconditioned and returned to the marketplace rather than ending in a landfill. Reconditioning still useful cameras and accessories not only reduced the cost of equipment acquisition, it also conserved natural resources and energy needed to manufacture new cameras and accessories.
Diagnostix Plus has worked with medical facilities and companies supplying equipment and services. By supplying pre-owned, reconditioned systems for a fraction of the cost of new equipment, nuclear medicine services expand and reached to locations that otherwise could not afford to provide the needed diagnostic service without using pre-owned equipment from Diagnostix Plus. Through all these years, our founder has remained committed to one imaging modality, nuclear including SPECT molecular imaging and PET/CT.
